I recently dealt with a long running housing issue involving damp and mould, I recognised the importance of creating a clear evidential record.
I compiled a detailed chronology, organised correspondence, gathered supporting evidence, and tracked the actions taken by different parties over time. This allowed me to identify gaps, understand the progression of events, and present the information in a structured and accessible format.
The experience reinforced skills that are highly relevant to legal work, including attention to detail, organisation, evidence management, and the ability to analyse complex situations methodically.

Legal practice is changing
In a recent collumn, The Cyber Continuum, I was intrested to learn how few companies are truly prepared for a cyberattack versus how far there confidence carries them. We're all aware that the use of legal technology and AI is quickly growing and shaping the way law firms run their business along with many other businesses. What struck me was
