I recently dealt with a long running housing issue involving damp and mould, I recognised the importance of creating a clear evidential record.
I compiled a detailed chronology, organised correspondence, gathered supporting evidence, and tracked the actions taken by different parties over time. This allowed me to identify gaps, understand the progression of events, and present the information in a structured and accessible format.
